PATIO / PAVER CLEANING & SEALING
Re-sand, re-seal and re-saturate the color in your paver patio.
A paver patio fails from the joints outward. Once the joint sand washes low, weeds and moss move in, pavers begin to shift and rock underfoot, and the whole surface starts to look tired even though the stone itself is fine. Cleaning and re-sealing resets it.
Our process: hot-water clean the paver faces and flush the organic growth out of the joints, let the field dry, re-sand the joints (polymeric where appropriate) and then apply a sealer suited to the look you want. Sealer choice is a real decision — a matte "natural look" sealer keeps the stone understated, while a wet-look sealer deepens and saturates the color. We will show you both on your own pavers before committing.
Sealed and stabilized joints mean fewer weeds, less ant activity, less shifting and a patio you can hose off instead of scrub. We also handle paver walkways, pool surrounds, fire-pit aprons and retaining wall caps. Free quotes at 816-656-9412.
