MOLD, ALGAE & MILDEW REMOVAL
Kill the growth on shaded siding, fences and north walls — not just rinse it.
Missouri humidity makes organic growth inevitable. Green algae on shaded siding, black mildew spotting on soffits and fences, and the slick dark film on north-facing concrete are all living colonies — and blasting them with pressure alone only removes the visible top layer. The roots stay, and the green is back within weeks.
We treat the growth with the appropriate cleaning solution at a controlled dwell time so it is killed at the surface, then rinse with hot water at a pressure safe for the material. The result lasts several times longer than a pressure-only rinse, and it protects the substrate: algae holds moisture against wood and paint, which is how you get rot and premature peeling.
Common targets are siding, soffits and fascia, privacy fences, decks, retaining walls, shaded patios, north-facing brick and roof-adjacent trim. Plants, grass and pets are protected throughout and rinsed down after. Call 816-656-9412 if the green is coming back faster every year.
