Clean. Restore. Protect.

The Story

JCS Hot Water Pressure Washing is owned and operated by Jonathan Comer out of Blue Springs, Missouri. It is a hands-on business by design: the person who quotes your job is the person who runs the wand, and the phone number on this site rings to him directly.

The company was built around one piece of equipment philosophy — heat. Most residential "pressure washing" is done cold, because cold is cheaper to own and simpler to run. Hot water costs more and demands more maintenance, but it dissolves grease, gum, algae and oxidation instead of just pushing them around, and it lets us clean effectively at pressures that will not damage siding, wood or mortar.

Over time the work expanded past washing into protecting what we clean: oil-based deck and fence staining, concrete and brick sealing, and paver re-sanding. Cleaning makes a surface look right for a season. Sealing and staining is what keeps it that way through a Missouri winter.

We stay in constant communication with our customers until the job is done. You will know when we are arriving, what we found, what we changed, and what it will take to keep it looking this way.
