HOT-WATER PRESSURE WASHING
Heated water that lifts grease and grime cold machines leave behind.
Hot water is the whole reason this company has "hot water" in its name. Heat breaks the bond between a surface and anything oily, waxy or organic — grease, gum, algae, exhaust film, food residue. A cold machine has only pressure to work with, so it either fails to remove the stain or removes the surface along with it. Heated water lets us clean harder at lower, safer pressure.
Our rig carries its own heated water supply, so we are not dependent on your spigot temperature and we can run on commercial sites with limited water access. We dial temperature, pressure, nozzle and chemistry to the material in front of us — hot and gentle on painted siding and wood, hot and aggressive on concrete, dumpster pads and drive lanes.
If you have had something "pressure washed" before and it came back dirty within weeks, or never really came clean at all, the missing ingredient was almost certainly heat. Call Jonathan at 816-656-9412 and describe the surface and the stain — we will tell you what hot water can and cannot fix.
